collect and hold about our residents, referrals, staff, volunteers, donors, partners and all others
who come into contact with us across all touch points of our operations.

Personal data is collected when you apply to join, participate, volunteer or donate to us and
our programmes/ services. We also collect personal data for the purpose of reporting to
proper Authorities and relevant parties for work that are necessary to facilitate and enhance of
provision of services.

- provide programmes / services required;
- making referrals to other organisations;
- compliance with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements;
- maintain stakeholder relations;
- perform evaluations for programmes / services provided;
