confidentiality of information as well as privacy of individuals. We are committed to accord
the information the due level of care as presented in this Policy and consistent with the
Personal Data Protection Act 2020.

This policy outlines our obligations and practices in the handling of the Personal Data we
collect and hold about our residents, referrals, staff, volunteers, donors, partners and all others
who come into contact with us across all touch points of our operations.

1. Collection, Use & Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data is collected when you apply to join, participate, volunteer or donate to us and
our programmes/ services. We also collect personal data for the purpose of reporting to
proper Authorities and relevant parties for work that are necessary to facilitate and enhance of
provision of services.

In general, we may use, disclose or process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. provide programmes / services required;
2. making referrals to other organisations;
3. compliance with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements;
4. maintain stakeholder relations;
5. perform evaluations for programmes / services provided;
6. Statistical documentations.

It is generally not our policy to disclose your personal data to external organisations
unless we have your consent, or are required to do so for contractual, legal and
regulatory requirement.

2. Right of Access & Correction

You may request for access and/or amendment to your personal information by informing the
service staff whom you know about your request. Or you may contact us at email address

4. Protection & Retention

Security of Personal Data is important to us and we take all reasonable precautions to protect
Personal Data from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
We will retain your Personal Data for a reasonable period for the purposes as cited or until
you request for us to delete the Personal Data, or as required by law.

5. Right to Amend Personal Data Protection Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Personal Data Protection Policy at any time.
